1. Formal invitation Letter
Eg. Office Invitation, etc
2. Informal Invitation Letter
Eg. Birth day party, wedding party, etc.
Kata yang sering digunakan dalam invitation letter
- I would like to invite you ........ ( aku bermaksud mengundangmu....)
- Would you like to come....
- would you like to join .....
Structure of Invitation Letter
1. Invitee (yang di undang)
2. Body of invitation letter
- Occasion (acara atau kegiatan)
- date and month
- time
- place
3. Inviter (yang menundang)

Saturday, August 23rd, 2017 at 3pm

I hope you can come on time.
